1. Operations includes how we produce products and services. Efficient operations occur when we organize people into mastermind groups with trained management to lead teams and employees trained to collaborate and solve problems together.  Companies are able to react rapidly and efficiently to threats and risks of climate disruption when their workforce works together. 


2. Financials include how our expenses and income work together to provide net revenue at the end of an accounting period. Companies who utilize their personnel to reduce costs and increase revenue are in a much better position to thrive during financial turbulence created by the missteps and omissions of our politicians.  


3. Employees includes those who work with our companies including volunteers, part time and full time employees paid in W2 or 1099 status. How we recruit, retain and grow people matters in today's turbulent society consisting of greater diversity and fewer workers to fill open positions. 


4. Customers includes those who rely on us for products and services. We delight or disappoint customers by the way we couple  human capability and technology ability to bring in more business and delight and keep customers. The choice is to rely solely on technology and become another horror story, or wisely use humans with technology and become a success story delighting customers.
